TWU Student Mail Services

 

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE MAIL SERVICES?

If you are a resident of the TWU campus, a TWU Student you are eligible for the Mail Services.
The TWU Mail Center located at the Campus Store (Reimer Center) is responsible solely for the mail and parcels of TWU campus residents and employees.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The service fee is $10.00 for the academic year. You may pay for the services at the Campus store.

CAN SOMEONE GET MY MAIL FOR ME?

You may authorize someone to get your mail for you by giving them both your student ID and the copy of the email sent to you.

HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY MAIL AND PARCELS?

Parcels will be held at the TWU Campus Store (Mail Center) for up to one month, unless you notify us via email at campusstore@twu.ca to request an extension due to special circumstances. Parcels and mails not picked up within the month will be considered rejected mail and may be disposed of, donated, or returned to the sender.

WHERE DO I GET MY MAIL?

All mail and parcels will be stored at TWU Campus store (Mail Center) and available during operating hours. If you get a parcel you will receive an email at your mytwu.ca email address with instructions on how to collect it. 
Please note that we will not be issuing notifications regarding incoming letters. Kindly ensure that you stop by to check for mail addressed to you on a regular basis, at least once per month.
