TWU Student Mailbox

If you are a resident of the TWU campus, a TWU Student mailbox is required. It is essential to provide your mailbox number for tracking parcels and Amazon deliveries. Due to limited availability, mailboxes are exclusively assigned to residents and will be shared with other students. The TWU Mail Center is responsible solely for the mail and parcels of TWU campus residents and employees.

The rental fee is $30.00 for the academic year, running from September to April. A $20 key deposit will be refunded upon return of the key to the TWU Campus Store by May 15th. To receive your refund, please bring your receipt (or a photo of it) and the same card used for payment.

For summer campus residents, the rental fee remains $30.00. You may retain the same mailbox, but a new registration is required. The $20 key deposit will be refunded upon return of the key to the TWU Campus Store by August 31st.

Replacement key is $20.00

You can get your letters anytime at Douglas Centre, outside TWUSA. TWU Student Mailboxes are accessible 24/7. 

Parcels will be stored at TWU Campus store (mail room) and available during operating hours. You will receive an email at your mytwu.ca email address with a pickup number and instructions on how to collect it. Mail is sorted the day it is received and processed as quickly as possible but depending on the time it arrives, you may not receive it the same day. You will need to bring your ID and parcel number for pickup. 

You may authorize someone to get your mail for you by giving them both your student ID and parcel pickup numbers.

Parcels will be held at the TWU Campus Store (mail room) for up to one month, unless you notify us via email at campusstore@twu.ca to request an extension due to special circumstances. Parcels not picked up within the month will be considered rejected mail and may be disposed of, donated, or returned to the sender.

Letters will remain in your mailbox until the end of April. Mailboxes will be emptied after move-out day in May, and any remaining mail will be returned to the sender.

TWU Student mailboxes are not affilliated with Canada Post so you must include TWU in the address or your mail might not be delivered. You must include your box# on all incoming mail, as we do not look up addresses.
